All requests will be reviewed by the Tidytala Cleaning Services team. We may contact you through your preferred channel to confirm the services, booking date, location and other details. Submitting a request does not automatically confirm your appointment.
Promotional policy: Up to TWO benefits per booking: ONE seasonal promotion plus ONE eligible loyalty OR referral benefit. The 10th-booking 10% discount cannot be stacked with a seasonal offer. Multiple services in the cart still count as one booking. Referral codes must be entered before the customer’s very first booking request; no self-referrals or retroactive claims.
